Oral Presentation

[Presentation Material Submission]

• Format: PowerPoint in either 16:9 ratio.
• Format Compliance: Ensure your presentation follows the specified format.
• Kindly submit the final file to the Preview Room located on the 3rd floor.
• **For presentations scheduled on October 25th, files must be submitted at least one hour prior to the scheduled presentation time.
• **For presentations scheduled on October 26th, please ensure that all files are submitted by 5:00 PM on October 25th.

Poster

[Poster Submission]

• Format: 100 cm* 150 cm (width* height), printed on either paper or fabric.
• Format Compliance: Please ensure your poster follows the designated format.
• Final Print: Bring your final printed poster with you to the conference
• Poster Placement: Please display your poster at the designated location on the 4th floor of the exhibition hall in the convention center. Staff will be available to assist you.
• The ARC Poster Tour will take place on October 25th (Sat) from 5:20 PM to 6:20 PM on the 4th floor of the Exhibition Hall. During this time, Poster Speakers will take turns standing by their posters for Q&A sessions. Please keep this in mind.
